Compulsive Wanderer

Linda Ikechukwu
Linda Ikechukwu

From 9 to 5, I help companies reach their users. And from 5 to 9, across my main social channels, I share stories, explainers, and practical insights on travel, culture, money, and life across borders that help people see the world differently and make smarter decisions, shaped by my experiences as a Nigerian woman who’s been to over 40 countries and is still exploring the world one trip at a time.

My audience are educated professionals and entrepreneurs based in Nigeria, Ghana, United States, and United Kingdom, in their mid-20s to late-40s, who are deeply interested in travel, leisure, and intentional living, and are actively building the knowledge and means to do more of it. And they trust my recommendations, like crazy. If those are the kind of people you want to reach, you should be working with me.

What a client said

Linda didn’t just deliver the project. She adopted it.

“I love when creators take ownership. Not the ‘I’ve seen the brief’ kind, the ‘I am the brief now’ kind. She understood the brief, executed exceptionally well, and the moment a delay was even a possibility, she communicated it early. Would I recommend Linda? Absolutely, without hesitation. And only pay her what you’d pay Beyoncé.”

Villa AïdoOuidah, Benin Republic

Villa Aïdo is a boutique coastal villa that wanted to reach Nigerians traveling into Benin Republic and make itself known against the destination’s better known overwater lodge, Natura Luxury Lodge. I built the content around a hidden gem story that framed the villa as a serene weekend getaway, then paired it with comment automation, so anyone who commented the phrase BENIN VILLA got a reservation link and a discount offer sent straight to their inbox. It opened a direct line of booking inquiries.

Beachfront Airbnb, Togo

This was an unknown beachfront Airbnb in Togo that wanted to make itself known to more visitors. I knew a reel talking about the apartment outright would not perform well, so instead I leaned into the cost breakdown style of content my audience responds to, and it paid off. I also used comment automation, asking people to comment AIRBNB to get the booking link. The numbers tell the rest of the story: those who did not book immediately were later contacted by the host as warm leads and offered a discount or upsell, which put more money in the host’s pocket.

TimonCross-border travel fintech

Timon is a travel fintech built for cross border spending. As a new brand they wanted awareness that would trickle down into referrals. Rather than talk at my audience, I wove the product into stories they already trust: the travel money mistakes people quietly make, an affordable alternative to a Euro summer, and how to avoid losing money abroad. We have now done this three times, and across all of them saves and shares stayed high, the two signals that tell you people are planning to act on a recommendation.

RoamlessTravel eSIM

Roamless wanted to own a fact most travelers get wrong: Andorra sits outside the EU roaming zone, so the eSIM you bought for Spain quietly stops working at the border. I turned that into an awareness reel, and nearly everyone it reached was new to me.

DirectoDirect-booking extension

Directo finds cheaper direct booking hotel rates and wanted signups. I built a carousel around the $3k I have saved with it myself, then gated the download behind comment to DM automation, which turned interest into a pipeline of high intent DMs.

Lens BuddyCamera app for solo creators

Lens Buddy is a camera app made for solo creators. I showed exactly how I photograph myself while traveling alone, and the audience treated the reel as a tutorial worth keeping. The saves and shares ran far ahead of a typical post, and most of the reach came from people who had never seen me before.

Ways to Work With Me

01

Single-Touch

One reel or carousel, plus one story on Instagram. For brands testing the waters or targeting one clear moment.

Best for testing the waters
02

Repeated-Exposure

Reposted across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. One exposure rarely converts; repeated touchpoints are how a message lands.

Best for getting the message to land
03

Evergreen

A blog post plus newsletter sponsorship that lives permanently on my site and keeps working long after it goes live. It can be added to either other package for a full-funnel campaign: social reach to spark discovery, evergreen content to hold attention and convert.

Best for compounding visibility
